LifeQuest Men's Ministry

What is LifeQuest? 

A network of courageous men who utilize their unique interests & gifts to advance God's purposes by moving men from the sideline to the frontline of their world.

A network of courageous men: as men, our most meaningful relationships have been born out of some shared adventure.  Through this shared quest a bond was created that in turn developed into a network of brothers.

Think back to high school, those on your football team or in band; in college, the guys in your fraternity or perhaps even your fishing or golfing buddies from work.  These guys were & are some of your best friends, they became your network.

Unique intereset & gifts:  That network would not have formed without a shared interest.  These interests & gifts are God given (Ephesians 4:11-12).  The LifeQuest ministry exists to create opportunities for these shared adventures.

God's purposes:  If we just left it at that, we would be nothing more than a social club.  Our King has commanded us to "go & make disciples".  Being followers of Christ isn't about going to church & putting on our Sunday best.  There is a greater call on our lives.

From the sideline to the frontline:  There is a spiritual battle going on around us men.  A battle for our souls, a battle for our wives' hearts, a battle for our children's minds.  This battle exists whether you wish to believe it or not.  So...

The choice is yours, stand & watch or move from the sideline to the frontline.

Baptist Men's Breakfast::

Every second Sunday, 7am in Fellowship Hall

For men of all ages to promote missions awarenes & involvement.

 

Promise Keepers::

Tuesdays, 6:30am at FBC, Pastor Abbott's office

A time for fellowship, Bible Study & sharing.  Also promotes participation in local & regional Promise Keeper rallies.

 

Baptist Men's Prayer Breakfast::

Thursdays, 7am at Cathy's Corner Restaurant

Meet for breakfast & prayer.
