Kindergarten Field Trip
The 4’s will visit Northside Elementary on Monday, May 2nd, at 9:00 a.m. All children will be riding the Church Bus and we will leave Tendercare at 8:50 a.m. Parents you are invited to meet us there at Northside. 
 
Last Days of Preschool
The last day for the 4’s will be Monday, May 2nd.
The last day for the 3’s will be Tuesday, May 3rd.
The last day for “Miss” Donna’s class will be Tuesday, May 3rd.
 
Spring Break
There will be no school the week of March 21-25 for Spring Break.
 
Good Friday
We will have school on Friday, April 22nd, Good Friday holiday to make-up a snow day.
 
No Stay Days
There will be no stay days on Monday, May 2nd and Tuesday May 3rd.
 
Fall Fun                                        
Autumn brings many opportunities forlearning experiences: 
seasonal changes in weather, clothing, animals, foods we eat holidays and foliage.  We will participate in activities designed to study these changes.
                                                                                               
Snow Days                       
Tender Care Preschool will be closed when Siloam Springs Public School closes for snow. 
We will make up Snow Days at the end of the school year.                            
                                                                                                                                   
Weather Update
We play outdoors unless it is raining or below freezing. 
Please send marked outer wear appropriate for the weather.                                                                                           

 

 
Stay Days
Sign-up the week prior and have money in hand as space is limited.  

 

Payments are due the first class day of each month. A $10
late fee will be charged if payment is 7 days past due.

I will be glad to answer questions pertaining to the program at any time.

STAY DAYS

Remember Stay Days are each Monday and Tuesday from 11:30am to 2:30pm. There is a sign-up sheet placed on the table in the hall the Thursday and Friday before those dates. Please have your money in hand that day when you sign-up as there are limited spaces available.

Days:   Monday and Tuesday (for those attending classes that day)

Hours:  11:30 a.m. – 2:30p.m.

Pick-up Time:   2:15 – 2:30
Please be prompt!  Teachers must clean-up and pick-up their children at Public School.

Fee:  $10.00 per child due on that day

Lunch: 
Sack Lunch (required by DHS Licensing)
Must include:  1 serving of Protein (meat, fish, poultry, dry beans, eggs, or peanut butter)
1 serving of Grains (bread, rice or pasta, cereal or crackers)
1 serving of Fruit  *fruit juice must be 100% Juice
1 serving of Vegetables
1 serving of Milk (cheese, yogurt, milk)

Rest:
One hour (required by DHS)
Please bring a small labeled blanket/cover.
 

 
TenderCare Preschool was established September, 1991 to provide a developmentally appropriate, Christ-based school, for early childhood learning.
Activities are based on curriculum designed to promote individual growth in all areas: social, emotional, physical, intellectual, and spiritual.
 
Preschool classes are offered for ages 2 1/2 to 5 years of age.
 
·          2 1/2’s and 3’s meet Tuesday and Thursday from 8:30 to 11:30 a.m.
 
·          4’s and 5’s meet Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 8:30 to 11:30 a.m.
 
·          4’s and 5’s meet Monday-Friday from 8:30 to 11:30 a.m.
 
We are licensed by the state of Arkansas and served by the Northwest Arkansas Educational Co-op Early Childhood Program.
 
Members of First Baptist Church receive a 15% discount.
